Reliable Water Services LLC (RWS) is committed to protecting your privacy. Visitors to this site do not need to disclose any personal information. If you want to sign up for general information or notification services, we may ask you to provide your name and/or company name, mailing address, telephone and email address, which is the only personally identifiable information we collect.
If you are a RWS customer requesting service to your location, via a phone call to our office or other method, we may also ask for additional contact information specifically for the purposes of dispatching the requested service. RWS uses the Twilio messaging service solely to send service status updates. When you call for service, we will request your verbal permission to “opt-in” to receive these optional status updates via SMS text message. While we only use this service to communicate specific service updates related to your request, you can still “opt-out” at any time by calling 1-800-356-1444 or via email and requesting your number be removed.
If you provide your email address to Reliable Water Services, we will use it to notify you about new technologies and information in your area of interest. If you are a current RWS customer, we may also contact you via email regarding your account with us, for billing and/or customer service purposes. If you send us correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your use of the Reliable Water Services site, we may collect such information in a file specific to you. We may use this information to respond to your inquiry, modify our services, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems or enforce our user agreement.
Sharing Information
Reliable Water Services does not share your personal information with third parties except when it believes disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to protect Reliable Water Services and its customers or in an emergency where someone’s safety is at risk. If you are a RWS customer requesting service at your location, we will share your contact information with our authorized service provider, but only for the purpose of providing contracted service to your location.
Changing/Deleting Personal Information
Each promotional email message you receive from Reliable Water Services as part of our notification services contains a link to unsubscribe from our list. Unless you are a customer of Reliable Water Services, if you unsubscribe from our notification services, your information and email address will be deleted. There will be no record of your previous membership, and we will not keep any personally identifiable records concerning you unless required to do so by law.
If you are a RWS customer and wish to change or update any of the contact information related to your account with us, we will ask that you provide these change requests in writing for account security purposes. To update your account info, include your customer ID#, Company/account name and your requested changes and send via email.
If you are a RWS customer and wish to unsubscribe from account-related email notifications, we ask that you call 1-800-356-1444 or email us to request your email address be removed as a method of contact. We will then only communicate with you about your account via phone and/or mail, which may result in delayed account notifications.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
If Reliable Water Services wishes to change this policy, it will publish changes on this website at least 30 days before those changes take effect. RWS will also notify users who are current subscribers to RWS’s notification services of changes to this policy via email. Your continued use of RWS’s notification services after receiving notification of a change will be deemed your manifest assent to the new terms.
If you do not agree with RWS’s privacy policy, you have the option of requesting that we delete your personally identifiable information from our databases.
