“I just wanted to thank you and your staff for the great service I received on Christmas Day 2016. We called your emergency service the morning of the 25th and your plumbing service specialists arrived about 1 hour after the call. After spending much time trying to repair the existing unit, it was determined and I agreed, the only solution was to replace the water heater. This was done in a timely fashion and 2 new commercial hot water heaters were producing hot water by right around 6 pm on Christmas Day.

“It was 3:45pm on a Friday and our hotel was sold out when the technician that Reliable sent to fix our rented water heater came to inform me the heater could not be saved and needed to be replaced. I just about flipped because I had a hotel full of guests that expect hot water and our other working heater simply isn’t enough! But within 15 minutes Reliable called to inform me they had a new water heater lined up to be delivered at 5:30pm and sure enough, the new heater showed up at almost exactly 5:30pm – I couldn’t believe it, but what a relief!
