Having a maintenance schedule can mean the difference between small fixes and catastrophic emergencies at your property or business. Don’t underestimate the amount of stress you can alleviate by getting your maintenance crew on a regular rotation. It’s an easy habit once you get them started.

Apartment, hotel owners and senior facility owners, or other businesses with many bathrooms, should have staff regularly checking for plumbing issues like leaks, clogged drains and broken fixtures. Dealing with this up front can prevent a major issue like having to turn off your water – a problem no one wants!

HVAC maintenance is another place to put your energy. Have a trained technician out to your business or property at least twice per year to be sure everything is running smoothly. A lot can go wrong with all the moving parts and they can be expensive fixes! Some issues include broken compressors, broken pipes, bad belts and condenser failure.
